About Valerie

Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for each day. With eight years of elder care experience and 26 years of nursing experience, I've learned that patience and empathy are essential. I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care. I'm also experienced in meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with ease. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable and happy environment is important to me. My goal is to bring a sense of calm and connection to those I care for, and I look forward to bringing that same peace of mind to your family. Im available nights as well but have a completely flexible schedule.
