A few things that I love about Valerie... -Extremely reliable & always on time -Send pictures and updates throughout the day -Does great with instructions -Loves to listen to music and be outside with our son -Has CPR training and very knowledgeable with childhood development Overall Valerie is an awesome nanny! :)
