Hi! I'm Valerie. I have over 10 years of professional childcare experience and have worked in daycare, schools, special education, in-home care, and private nanny settings. In recent years, I've focused heavily on newborn and infant care and have worked with more than 15 families and 18 babies, including twins and multiples. I'm experienced with overnight care, feedings, diaper changes, soothing, bottle prep, baby laundry, nursery upkeep, sleep routines, and sleep training. My approach is calm, nurturing, and very responsive to each baby's cues. I believe my role is to support parents and their parenting style, while also being happy to offer guidance when it's wanted. I'm CPR trained, vaccinated, have completed multiple childcare and child safety trainings, and can provide references. I genuinely love working with babies and helping parents feel supported and well rested.
