I have 35+ years of experience caring for children with all levels of intellectual abilities. I have worked for multiple organizations that provided care/housing/employment for mentally and physically challenged individuals. I also owned my own in home daycare for 5 years and have been with the Care team for 6 years! I truly love caring for children! I am creative, trustworthy, punctual, and provide my families with a host of services, including date night sitting, light housekeeping, errands, laundry, etc. I am also a former veterinary technician, so I LOVE fur babies and offer house/pet sitting as well! We hired Valerie when I decided to go back and work for our family business and needed some help with our kiddos. Valerie goes ABOVE and BEYOND for us. Our kiddos and two crazy dogs adore her. She takes the initiative to get household chores done such as dishes, laundry, vacuuming. I don't even have to ask her and I come home to a spotless house. We are going to miss Valerie so much but know she will excel with the next lucky family that hires her.
