About Valerie

Hi there! My name is Valerie, and I'm an energetic and creative 24-year-old. I am currently a graduate student getting my Masters in Elementary Education. Along with being a student, I am a paraprofessional in a public school working with both neurotypical and neurodiverse students ages 3-8. Along with my coursework and school role, I am currently seeking additional hours working with kids! My goal is to provide your child with a safe, routine-oriented, and creative environment to learn and grow. I thoroughly enjoy engaging in pretend play and encouraging independency. I love to have fun and laugh but am also firm when necessary, and I will always be committed to upholding any important household rules as well as collaborating with you on any challenges your child may face. In my personal time, I love to read, cook and spend time outdoors. If possible, I would love to bring these interests into my time with your children! I look forward to meeting you.
