About Valeria

I'm a recent graduate in School Psychology and looking for a full time nanny position. I was a preschool teacher for 10 + years and I'm passionate about outside play, arts and crafts, social emotional learning and teaching regulation skills. I teach independence , manners and social skills. Many families that I have worked with over the years have shared with me how much of a difference I've made with their child. I'd describe my personality as friendly, creative, and reliable. I like working with kids because it is my passion to teach and provide a safe and nurturing environment for them to enjoy childhood. I'm looking for a job to develop a connection so I can help support the families needs and provide consistency for the child. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, travel, go on walks with my dog. My skills include facilitating a child's learning on what they are interested in, influencing a child's creative side, and teaching children emotional regulation skills.
