Our family was very excited to welcome Valeria, as she seemed like a wonderful match during our interviews. However, she was a 'no-call, no-show' on her start date and we discovered our number had been blocked. We haven't received any correspondence regarding why/that she changed her mind. We truly hope everything is okay, but we are frustrated that it ended this way without any communication.
