As a nanny with 5+ yrs of experience and mom of 2 kiddos I believe that the key to creating a bond with a child is through love, patience and care. They're just little humans learning how to be human. My top priority is a child's healthy development, creativity, safety and learning through play.

Val was great with my 3 year old son. He loved playing and hangin out with her. We hired her many times.

Val was amazing with my kids! She was very patient and really took the time and effort to play with my kids. I asked her no screen time for my 3 yr old son and she would have different activities to keep him occupied. She brought her kids and my son loved playing with them, when she didn't bring them one time, he kept looking for them. It was great to expose him to other kids. Val was also reliable and would show up on her regular schedule. If my mother in law didn't move in with us, I would still get Val to take care of my kids. 

When looking for someone to take care of your family, All we really think as parents is that the person will love and care for our children like they are there own. Val has been with our family for about a year now and if there was perfect example for that she would be it. She is a natural very professional, respectful, and charismatic and amazing in stressful situations. Val is on time and very accommodating with potential variations in your schedule. Val has became a part of this family and she truly is a wonderful mother and friend as well as nanny to these three crazy (5 and under)kiddos we have. Highly recommend her for anyone needing assistance with childcare 10 out of 10.

Val is amazing! We have been working with her since April (5 months). She is a true professional. She knows her job and does it very well. Our son Jack (8 months old) absolutely adores her and we love having her care for him. I have no hesitation leaving the house when Val is here. I know they will be playing, reading, and working on whatever milestone is close. It makes leaving so much easier when I know he is in great hands. She is always on time and has been very accommodating to our needs, schedule, and any changes that have come up. Even though it’s only been 5 months she feels like family. I could go on and on but all you really need to know is Val is the best and you will be so happy you hired her!

Valeria was awesome!! My daughter was instantly comfortable with her and she made me feel comfortable leaving my my child with her! Totally recommend !! I know it can be scary using a new baby sitter but she makes everything easy and extremely comfortable! I will be using Valeria again !!

Valeria was great to work with! She cared for my son like he was her own. She always made sure he was busy with fun and engaging activities and always listened and followed through to what I asked in terms of caring for my son. I would definitely recommend her!
