I have personal experience caring for a child with special needs, as my brother has dysphasia and requires extra support with communication and learning. Growing up helping care for him has given me a deep understanding of both the child's needs and the challenges families face. It has taught me patience, empathy, and how to create a calm, supportive environment while adapting to each child's individual needs.
