Valeria is amazing. We hired her as a nanny for our 3- and 5-year old children and so glad we did. She is confident, proactive, and professional - she set up curriculum and schedule for the children and is highly organized with a Montessori classroom background, and this comes through in her approach with children. She's gracious and calm but also playful - and my kids love her. I've learned a lot from just watching how she interacts with the kids - she is patient, will explain things, will set boundaries, and can de-escalate tantrums like nobody else. She's punctual, organized, communicative and asks for feedback. Our kids are starting school, otherwise I would absolutely want to keep working with her. Highly, highly recommend.
