For I had had very good experience  over 10 months with  her.

Valentina is a trustworthy, attentive, devoted, intelligent woman. She is neat, efficient, and responsible. She has extensive experience working with children.

We interviewed Valentina and hired her after reviewing her references, which were all very positive. Her communication was very poor and in many instances she made no sense at all. After working with my family to look after my infant daughter for two weeks in September 2022, she quit abruptly via a text sent on Sunday, with no valid explanation. I am very disappointed that she did not talk to us or let us know at least a couple of days prior so that we could arrange for care for our daughter. She requested a gas allowance after a few days on the job, and we agreed to pay her extra, even though this was a change from the initial terms and hourly rate that Valentina agreed to while accepting the job. I do not recommend Valentina for any family. She is very unprofessional, and caused upset and disappointment to my family.

We were fortunate to have Valentina work as our nanny while our baby was 4 months- 1 year old until we relocated. During her time with our baby, Valentina was extremely attentive, loving, and communicative with us as parents. Valentina supported our baby's development at every step. Through every stage of development, Valentina encouraged our baby's independence while also keeping him safe. She also constantly spoke with our baby, read him stories, and taught him nursery rhymes. She was very playful and engaging in their "conversations."

For us as first time parents working full time, having Valentina was a lifesaver. She helped us get our baby used to a regular routine for meals and nap times. She warmed bottles and later prepared healthy foods for him, including fresh cottage cheese! Valentina always communicated with us about the baby's day.

I am writing with the highest recommendation for Valiantsina for any childcare position she may seek. It would be difficult to find a more diligent, caring or faithful candidate. 

Valiantsina began working with our family when my daughter (now 6) was only 2 months old. We were incredibly lucky to find her. My daughter was not an easy baby, but Valiantsina never balked or lost her patience. She was very intuitive about her needs and flexible about providing for those needs as my daughter grew and changed. Further, she showed the same intuitive sense of my son when he was born (now 4), playing ball with the same facility as reciting poetry.  

She also excels at more concrete aspects of the job. She is hardworking, never complaining about staying late for a meeting that ran long or unanticipated traffic, a wonderful cook, and incredibly attentive to the needs of the home. Over the years, she always conducted herself professionally despite the intensely personal nature of her position, respecting our privacy without being overly formal. 

We were so very sad to let her go when we relocated to Maryland. In these last six years, Valiantsina has truly become a part of our family. Despite our move, we still video chat regularly and visit when we are in Los Angeles. I sincerely hope that she finds a family that will appreciate her as much as we have.
