I highly recommend Valentina. She took great care of my daughter from the time she was around 3 months until she was a little over 1 years old. Valentina was always so pleasant, kind, and patient. When Valentina started my daughter was rejecting the bottle, but with a lot of perseverance and creativity, she was able to get my daughter to take the bottle, which was a huge relief as a working mom. Valentina was also proactive and found an incredible weekly program to take my daughter to and new parks and places to go. She was wonderful with getting my daughter to nap and always had helpful strategies to make the transition easier. And she always showed up with a great attitude, took feedback well, and it was clear my daughter was in great hands! In addition to childcare, Valentina always went above and beyond her responsibilities and would take care of the dishes, and offered to help with other household chores. I also appreciate her flexibility when we had to adjust the schedule or even her willingness to travel with me on a work trip to watch my young daughter. I am so grateful to her for how she showed up during that first year of my daughter’s life and helping to give her a solid foundation. Any family would be lucky to have her!
