Hi! I'm Val, and I recently moved to Richmond from Northern Maryland. I'm 24 and have a degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland (Go Terps!). I've been babysitting and nannying since high school (~6 years) for families with kids ranging from 2-13. Alongside that, I've also had the opportunity to work with children with special needs, including my most recent role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I provided therapy to kids with autism ages 2-6. I'm certified in both adult and pediatric CPR and first aid, and I always prioritize safety, individual needs, patience, and creating a fun environment.
