About Valentina

Hi! I am a college student at Northwestern University studying political science and social policy. I'd describe my personality as relaxed, focused, and funny. I like working with kids because they bring a special energy. Every child is different, and being able to bond with each unique personality is something I enjoy. I'm looking for a job that allows me to build relationships with other individuals and create a safe space for people whom I interact with. I started working with kids when I babysat as a young teenager. However my most significant experience working with kids was when I worked at the Stillwater Area School district Summer Success program. I loved building relationships and friendships with the young learners, as well as learning more about myself and the role I can play in assisting future generations. In my spare time, I dance and choreograph! I have been a dancer for my entire life. One thing you should know about me is that I love to do arts and crafts!
