About Valencia

I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential through personalized learning experiences. With a college degree and three years of experience, I tutor various subjects, including math, science, computers, business, and study skills, across elementary, middle, high school, adult, and college levels. I adapt my teaching to each student's unique style by listening and observing their interactions with new material, and I keep them motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests and celebrating their successes. Communication is key to my approach, ensuring a collaborative environment for students and parents. The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I have a car and am available to tutor online or at libraries, community centers, schools, and coffee shops. I would love to help you or your student reach their academic goals!
