About Valarie

I am a healthy active retiree. I still volunteer (as a Cultural Arts Worker), but at my core I am and will always be a caregiver. I've worked with every age group from children to elders as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician and a Certified Caregiver. As an Activities Coordinator, I've specifically cared for seniors. On a personal level, I've cared for all the elderly members of my family and many senior dogs and cats over the years. I'm good with little ones too but older people and elder pets are my favorites. I love what I do and I believe I make a real difference in the day to day lives of my clients.
