About Valarie

I am a college student looking to do something somewhat in my field of study. I am an education major of grades birth through sixth and I will be going into my second year of school. I have had many experiences with childcare. I was a daycare worker for a year. I coached cheer leading for two years. I have been babysitting since I was 13 for many families in the area. I had an internship last school year for A school. I volunteered in many city middle and elementary schools. I volunteered at vacation bible school for the past two years and have taught Sunday school since I was 12. In college, I had a job as a science mentor in the city middle schools. I have a car and have done pickups and drop offs for a few other families in the past. I like to be active with the kids and make sure that I am fully involved when I am babysitting, to ensure a safe and fun time.
