Supporting adults and seniors' well-being is a true passion of mine. My previous experiences in care roles solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I strive to be compassionate and approachable. I focus on understanding each person's preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. I have some college experience and current certifications include CPR and First Aid.
