Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. My six years of experience have reinforced my commitment to supporting their well-being and independence. I draw on positive experiences in previous care roles and a genuine desire to help others. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide respite, live-in, and hospice care. I also assist with transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with those I care for. Their needs and boundaries is one of the most important things to me. With my cooking abilities, I can say that delicious and nutritious meal preparation is not a challenge for me.
