About Vaciseva

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. My six years of experience have reinforced my commitment to supporting their well-being and independence. I draw on positive experiences in previous care roles and a genuine desire to help others. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide respite, live-in, and hospice care. I also assist with transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with those I care for. I have some graduate school experience, plus I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I have a car. I look forward to bringing my skills and heart to your family.
