The two older kids are my siblings who were raise as my own after my mother passed away from cancer 22 yrs ago. My two children are attending University, the oldest is a History major and my daughter is an Art/creative writing major in Columbia. I ve worked daycare over 10 years on and off and 20 years in management/finance. Four yrs ago decided to take some time off to care for my father. After my father's passing I decided to go back to work.

Ursula is the best nanny our family has ever had. She always followed my wishes, including how to discipline my son, how to prepare meals, and zero screen time. She also takes the initiative to suggest things that would make life easier for my son. I always come home to the place cleaner and tidier than I left it, too! She notices how our family runs and she integrates herself in a way that makes all of our lives easier. My family's schedule has made a live-in Au pair a better fit for us, and I'm sad about Ursula leaving us!
