About Unique

My name is Unique. I am a certified Home Health Aid. I am compassionate, caring, supportive, protective, reliable and passionate when caring for patients/ elders. I have a strong work ethic. My goal is to be consistent in monitoring the patient, be up to date with the patient and assist with their daily living and ensure I carry out the full responsibilities of what is required in the job. Some of the key functions I have always carried out when caring for patient(s) are: feeding, bathing, giving medications, meal preparations, bed baths, toileting, transferring from beds (patients who has limited mobility), taking to & from appointments, light housecleaning, laundry, dishwashing, supervising and accompanying patients such as reading books, playing games, talking walks, watching TV. My intention and purpose is to have good effective communication skills, listen with understanding to the patient and their family members, be emphatic and have patience towards the patient.
