About Uliana

With a background in education and years of hands-on teaching experience, I offer thoughtful, individualized care in a warm home environment. I'm a mother to a 2-year-old and hold degrees in education from Russia and international studies from the U. S. My experience includes teaching in Russia, at Baltimore Language Immersion Charter School, and four years at the Russian School of Austin with children ages 4-12. After 10 years in the corporate world, I deeply missed working with young children-helping them discover their world, build new skills, and grow with confidence and joy. That passion led me back to early childhood education, where I opened a private playschool rooted in my values: organic food, enrichment activities, outdoor play, and a warm, home-like setting.
