With over 10 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, ensuring their well-being and independence. My approach is patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations, especially when handling confusion or agitation. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Respecting a client's independence is important to me. I am CPR certified and have a high school degree. I'm eager to bring my experience and caring nature to your family. Also I am a cma so I'm able to help with medication if needed I also am able to do insulin if needed.
