About Tyree

Through my mentoring experience with 100 Black Men and Alpha Phi Alpha, I have developed strong skills working with children and young people in supportive, structured environments. I have experience providing guidance, supervision, and positive role modeling while creating a space where children feel safe, encouraged, and respected. Mentoring has taught me patience, clear communication, and the importance of consistency--skills that directly translate to quality childcare. I am attentive to individual needs, able to manage groups effectively, and comfortable balancing structure with empathy. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy helping children grow, learn, and feel supported in their everyday routines.
