Hello, my name is Tyra and I am a wife, and a mother of three beautiful children. As a previous CNA/HHA/Hospice Aid I have over 25 years experience specializing in Hospice and Dementia Care. I am CPR, AED and First Aid Certified. I started my own Private Duty Home Care Business in 2001 where I have hired, trained, and supervised a team of caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff. I also worked as a HHA with many of my clients when I had call-ins or when the family requested me. My duties included but were not limited to, assistance with ADL's, bathing, grooming, meal prep, feeding (if needed), tranfers, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation to doctors appointments, med reminders to name a few. Tyra is very good with elderly clients. She has patients and is very respectful. She took care of my father for over 2 years in his home and he was always clean, never had a bed sore except when he had to go to hospital and she would get it cleaned up within a few days after he came home. In the two years+ she never missed a day, was always on time, and did much more than required. I wish she was hear to take care of my mother.
