Cheerful, flexible, but thorough cleaning. I have no hesitation recommending her to others. If you're overwhelmed and don't know where to start, she can dig in and get started. On the other hand, Tyra is great at following directions. She remembers tasks week-to-week, so I only things that are atypical like, "Don't wash the gray sweater, please." Tyra has the common sense to understand the implications that I still want her to do the laundry, just not the sweater." Or, "can you look for any Christmas things still left out and set them on the coffee table?" Or, even "Please add sweeping the front 2 steps. Outdoor broom in the garage near freezer."
