About Tyonna

Hi! My name is Tyonna and I am currently a Social Work student. In the future, I hope to become a pediatric social worker because I am passionate about helping children feel supported, understood, and safe as they grow. Three words that describe me are caring, patient, and dependable. I enjoy being someone others can rely on and creating a positive, calm environment for kids. I love working with children because they are honest, energetic, and full of personality. I enjoy helping them learn, grow, and build confidence in themselves. I am currently a substitute teacher for Waller ISD, where I work across elementary, middle, and high school campuses. This experience has helped me build strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different age groups. Overall, I truly enjoy working with kids and look forward to growing in this field and making a positive impact.
