Tynique has been watching my twins since they were 4 months. She was a breath of fresh air when I met her and has continued to be a trusted, safe person I can call in anytime I need a sitter. She is always down on the floor interacting and playing with the babies. She remembers things about their routine, but is also always super thorough by checking in each time she visits to make sure she knows if anything has changed, even if it has only been a few days. She understands human development so she pays attention to milestones and meets the babies where they are. It has been such a joy to watch her interactions evolve with the twins as they grow. She knows how important reading is to me, so even if she is only with the babies for a short window while I run errands, she will make sure they read at least one book together. I also love that she keeps her phone nearby so she can respond if I text/call her, but she is never on her phone leisurely while the twins are awake. I highly recommend Tynique!
