About Tyler

Hello! My name is Tyler and I'd love to be considered for the position of caring for your children. I have experience caring for two young brothers, ages 4 and 1 yrs old, and have also worked as a teaching artist for children ages 3 to 18 yrs old. I'm especially confident in supporting both structured play and emotional development. I'm very familiar with balancing sibling dynamics, guiding behavior gently, and responding to big feelings with calm, consistent care. What makes me unique is that I don't just "watch" children, I really engage with them. I create activities that support growth, help with transitions, and focus on building trust. I also have a deep respect for each child's individual personality and needs.
