As first-time parents we were nervous leaving our little one in someone else’s care for the first time, but Tyler made it easy and comforting. She had a quick response time answering all of our questions beforehand, and on the day was punctual, kind, and genuinely caring. From the moment she arrived, she happily interacted and played with Jack. It was clear she has experience caring for children his age—she handled playtime, feeding, and nap time confidently and attentively. We especially appreciated that she called us when Jack wouldn’t stop crying, showing great judgment and thoughtfulness. We would absolutely hire Tyler again!
