Looking for a caring, experienced, and energetic caregiver who thrives with children of all ages and abilities? I specialize in making learning and play fun, engaging, and meaningful -- from newborns to high schoolers, including children with severe behaviors and high support needs. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a Master's in Autism and am currently working toward my teaching credential in Extensive Support Needs. I have years of experience teaching a variety of subjects and creating individualized, play-based learning experiences that are high-energy and motivating. I build strong, trusting relationships while helping children develop skills, confidence, and independence. I thrive in challenging situations, stay calm and positive, and love adapting strategies to meet each child's unique needs, helping them grow, communicate, and succeed -- all while having fun!
