About Tyler

My husband and I are so grateful for the years Tyler was in our lives, caring for our two boys and our dog too! They absolutely adore her and get excited when she walks in the door! I’ve been so spoiled by her because she does laundry, dishes and goes above and beyond to make sure the house is tidy before I get home from work. She is dependable, always on time, and doesn’t judge me when I get home 30mn late because my job is so demanding. (I always pay her for her time when that happens!) She takes them on adventures around town and lets them get fresh air whenever possible. She gives me at least two months of notice before vacations, she tries to work her PTO around our families trips which is nice. I can’t say enough good things about her, I am sad that we are ending the contract. I really don’t know how we are going to survive without her! I wouldn’t change anything about having a nanny for the boys in their infant/toddler stages, that one on one care has been worth every penny. A little background: I met Tyler at a top notch school years ago. When we had 1 child, 1.5 years old, we tried school a couple days a week. She was a teacher there. He HATED drop offs of course, it was heartbreaking, but she was the only teacher that calmed him down. When I found out I was pregnant with baby#2 I asked her if she could work full time for us, so glad she said yes!! Our contract ends, naturally, at the end of May/early June 2026. We are deciding to send our boys so daycare in the summer. They are turning 3 and 5! I think they are ready for it.
