Hired Tyler to start on Friday. Fired our current aide on Tuesday night. Tyler called Wednesday morning to say that he was accepting a different job and wouldn't be working for us after all. He left me in the lurch with no care for my adult son. He said that he didn't think he was going to get the other job, but where they emailed him that he had, he called to drop us. Now I have no one to care for my handicapped son starting tomorrow. I thought he was a good guy. He's unprofessional. Once you accept a job, that's now your job.
