My experience includes supporting elderly patients living with Alzheimer's and dementia, as well as assisting individuals who require daily living support. I have worked as a Patient Care Assistant, helping clients with tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and escorting them to medical appointments.
