About Tyisha

I worked as a CNA for 2 1/2 years at a nursing facility helping with mobility, transfers with gait belt and hoyers, I have experiences with changing, bathing, feeding, changing bed linen, helping with all basic needs. I have also worked as a PCA/HHA for over a year for an elderly man I would meal prep and make meals, separated and distributed medication, assist with feeding, changing, bathing, assist with walking, transferring to wheelchair, changing sheets and doing laundry and light housekeeping. I worked as a companion for a married couple, I would take them out to the park, lake, malls anywhere they wanted to go, have conversations over lunch, take to doctors appointments I'd describe my personality as caring, honest and enthusiastic I like caring for seniors because it allows me to make a meaningful impact on someone's life, offering support and companionship, and fostering a sense of purpose and connection. I started caring for seniors back in 2017.
