Sad to be writing this review.... Ty was very responsive when we were setting up a video interview and very punctual despite being out of the country. We had a good chat about her experience and seemed to click so much that we hired her to start when she got back and said to let us know if she had other job offers. When she got back, she sent me an email to set up an in person meeting and I responded the same day with several days/times. However, that's when we stopped hearing from her. I sent several followup messages to her email and Care account over the next week, but didn't hear anything. Figured she was busy since that overlapped with holidays, but we were less than a week away from when she was going to start, so had to last minute find another care provider. Even after hiring someone else, I sent another message to Ty just to wrap things up -- hoping to find out what happened and if she was okay. Still nothing.
