Ty was a wonderful applicant. My childcare situation is a bit out of the norm buts Ty took the time to ask questions and be really thoughtful about whether my needs fit her schedule. In the end it did not work out but she offered her service for the weekend and I will most certainly keep her in mind for my date nights. She is one of the most professional applicants I have every had the pleasure of conversing with. Unfortunately most people on Care stop responding if the job does not meet their requirements. I say Hire Ty!
