About Tya

Hello, my name is Tya. I'm 25 years old and I've pet sat for family and friends over the years as a side job and am certified in pet first aid. I'd describe my personality as reliable, honest, and trustworthy. I like working with animals because they simply bring me joy. Ever since I was a little kid I was drawn to animals, so much so that I wanted to be a zookeeper when I grew up! I'm mostly just looking for a job that is within a reasonable driving distance of my home, and to work with pets that are safe with strangers. Teenage girls usually babysit for extra cash, but I chose pet-sitting! My family had a variety of pets throughout my childhood, so I used that experience to help others. In my spare time, I like to watch cute animal videos and read. One thing you should know about me is that I can usually make myself available at any time. My skills include exercising them, first aid/medicine administration, and basic grooming. I'm also knowledgeable about pet behavior.
