Twanna has been caring for my mother for the last five years. I have a deep regard for her. She is highly dependable, trained and knowledgeable in care giving with many years of experience.. She was always thinking ahead to the changing needs of my mother. She is extremely trustworthy. My mother, who had dementia, was always happy when Twanna was with her. They joked around and Twanna had an easy way with her that won my mother over and got her to cooperate when she normally would not. I can't recommend her enough. I have no clue what the 1 star review is about but, if you are wise, you will disregard it and hire Twanna. It will be the best decision you can make for your loved one.
