My background includes some college coursework, and I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I also have current First Aid Training. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I provide light housekeeping and prepare meals. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person.
