We loved Bow from the very first time we met her. She has such a positive attitude and is genuinely a happy, caring person to be around. She was always willing to do whatever was needed and consistently went above and beyond our expectations. At the time, my 90-year-old mom was recovering from a fall and needed a great deal of assistance. Bow stayed overnight with her while she needed the extra support and later transitioned to daytime care as Mom became stronger. Bow was dependable, compassionate, and treated my mom with kindness, dignity, and patience. She quickly became someone our entire family trusted completely, giving us peace of mind knowing Mom was in such capable hands. We are incredibly grateful for the care she provided and would recommend Bow without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional caregiver.
