I am an experienced human services, professional with a strong background in caregiving, supervision, and state investigative work From 2008 to 2011, I worked as Direct Care Staff at a boys' group home in Louisiana housing wards of the state, providing structure, supervision, and support in a residential setting. From 2009 to 2012, I served as an Overnight Supervisor at a residential training facility for individuals with special needs. From 2012 to 2016, I worked in home health services as both a Staffing Manager and Direct Care Provider, recruiting, training, and supervising staff while providing hands-on care to individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities, including cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, traumatic brain injury, and autism. I later worked as an In-Home Investigator with Adult Protective Services from 2016 to 2022. I currently serve as a Residential Childcare Investigator for the State of Texas.
