As a dedicated and nurturing childcare provider, I am passionate about fostering the growth and development of young minds. With over 3 years of experience in childcare, I have had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of children of various ages. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to establish a friendly and approachable rapport with children. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents and regularly provide written daily reports and updates via text or phone calls, depending on the parents' preferred method. While I believe in following the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I am also skilled at implementing them in a gentle and consistent manner. My approach to childcare involves a variety of engaging activities, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
