Tsering is incredible and I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!! We hired her for 4 days while our nanny was on vacation. Our 1.5 year old son adored her immediately and lit up when she came back the next day. She is a true professional and has a calm and caring presence which rubbed off on our son. They became fast friends and I felt so comfortable leaving him in her care. She found activities to do with him, like take him to the playground or to the bookstore, without us even asking. She cooked him meals, made sure our kitchen and son's room was kept clean, and even made delicious dumplings for our family! We will absolutely hire Tsering again and highly recommend working with her.  

Tserin is an absolute joy to have in your home. She helped me with my 2 kids (4 & 2) for 3 weeks while our regular nanny was on vacation and she fit seamlessly into our family. My kids took to her right away, and even my challenging 4 year old wanted to play with her immediately. She also cooked the kids yummy food and kept everything in their rooms perfectly organized and tidy! I would recommend her to my closest friends. Also she was be dry comfortable with our very large dog who has a corky personality and she had no problem managing around him. Definitely hire her!!

Tsering has been an amazing nanny to our daughter from 3months to 9 yrs old. She is highly experienced and knows exactly what to do in every milestone of baby, toddler, child development. She is nurturing, empathetic, focused and genuinely loves care-giving. From feeding, potty/training to school pick-ups, light cooking/clean-up and making sure she did her homework, Tsering is a pro. She is 100% trustworthy like an extended part of your family. Any parent or child would be lucky to have Tsering as a caregiver!

Tsering was a lifesaver!! She covered for my nanny for a week on short notice, and she did such a great job taking care of my one year-old son. She clearly has a ton of experience with kids and immediately connected with him. She took him to fun activities, cooked for him, helped with cleaning, and more. She was very dependable, punctual, and easy to work with - I would highly recommend her and plan to work with her again.

Tsering was great and gentle with our baby!  You can tell she has the experience of caring for children and our daughter took to her quickly. She was responsive, punctual and we appreciated her help. We'd definitely hire her again.

What an extraordinary babysitter! Tsering helped us out for a week while our nanny was sick with Covid and jumped right in to take care of our three toddlers. Our kids took a liking to her immediately, and she played with them, made meals for them, and bathed them. She has a wonderful disposition about her and was a very good communicator. We will be hiring her again. Highly recommend!
