About Tsering

Yanki was in our employment for 10 years, from 2008 to 2018, starting in August 2008 when our daughter was 3 weeks old, ending in June, 2018. Yanki lovingly cared for both our daughter and our son, who was born 16 months after our daughter. Once both of our children were in camp/school full time, we no longer needed Yanki’s help full-time. We’re now hoping to help her find a new family to work for full time. We selected Yanki after an extensive interview process with many nannies, and she was by far the most qualified and best suited to our needs – including taking care of multiple children ranging from infants to on up. Yanki is patient, loving, and arranged pretty much every play date and class our children ever took. One of the reasons our home has always been so welcoming to other kids is that Yanki made it so. She cooked for the children, kept the house tidy, and generally cared for our babies as if they were her own. Every night, before she left, both my children wouldn't go to bed without giving Yanki a hug and a kiss – a testament to the fantastic bond she created with them. Yanki speaks and reads very well in English, and is super energetic. I can't say enough great things about her!
