Tsering was a life saver for me when I was so overwhelmed with the disorganization of my home when my baby was just 6 months old. She cleaned and put everything in it's place without direction. After a few times cleaning/organizing our home, Tsering watched our little guy when we went out for the first night since he was born after 6 months. Sadly we left NYC recently, otherwise I would employ Tsering indefinitely!
