Tsering is reliable, trustworthy, and professional. As a busy mom with a toddler, she is helpful where needed whether it be laundry, putting things away, cleaning or meal prep. If she's not sure of how I want things or where things go she asks and communicates well. She's also very honest. One time I added a little extra to her payment because she stayed a few minutes later and the next time she came she tried to give it back thinking it was a mistake! I've had such peace of mind since she's started working with us.
