I have a blended background in childcare and tutoring, with experience supporting children across a wide age range--from early childhood through university-level students. My approach to caregiving is grounded in empathy, structure, and positive guidance, with a strong belief in balancing fun and play alongside consistency and routine. I value open communication, follow-through, and reliability, and I aim to create an environment where children feel safe to explore, be curious, and enjoy themselves--while also feeling supported and capable. On the tutoring side, I've worked with students from kindergarten through master's candidates across core subjects, as well as research support, exam preparation, writing, and study skills. I adapt my approach to each child's learning style, confidence level, and developmental stage, and I genuinely enjoy learning and teaching alongside them.
