About Trudy

I'm a caregiver with a passion for helping children learn and grow. My 20 years of experience as a childcare provider have taught me how to create a stimulating and nurturing environment for children to thrive. As a creative and friendly individual, I love learning alongside the children in my care and take joy in seeing them discover new things. Most recently I am writing about mathematics, logic, and play in early childhood. I value clear communication with parents and regularly provide updates about their child's day. I'm knowledgeable about child development and early learning. Whether we're playing outside, engaging in math games, or having fun with wordplay, I tailor my approach to each child's preferences. My education includes a M. Ed. in early education and I have completed an associate degree in child development. I'm certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training, both in Infant/Child.
