About Tristyn

Hi! My name is Tristyn, and I have experience in both childcare and healthcare. I've worked as an after-school teacher and family nanny, caring for children of different ages by helping with homework, supervising activities, and creating a safe and supportive environment. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing ABA therapy to children with autism. My role has strengthened my skills in communication, behavior management, patience, and creating a supportive environment where children can learn and grow. Previously, I worked as a Patient Care Tech in a hospital float pool, with experience in med-surg, ICU, and the emergency department. My healthcare background has made me adaptable, dependable, patient, and calm under pressure. I'm currently a psychology student at Kennesaw State University, and my long-term goal is to become a Child Life Specialist. I'm passionate about supporting children and families and helping kids feel safe and cared for.
